VANTEC GROUP HOLDINGS CORPORATION was established in March, 2006 by means of stock swap as a parent company of Vantec Holdings Corporation in preparation for the future business expansion to non-logistics business sectors such as IT industry.

Among the whole group, Vantec Corporation and Vantec World Transport Co., Ltd. play a key role as core logistics service providers. The logistics services Vantec Corporation provides is stressed on nation-wide logistics services such as land freight, packaging, warehousing, harbor operations and etc.. On the other hand, Vantec World Transport Co., Ltd. is an international air and sea freight forwarder. We strongly believe that the management integration of these two companies has created a globally integrated logistics service provider group.
